- minimum distance of 10 km required.
- D:XBR-000479 needs to be on both ends of the fiber.
- It cannot be mixed with any other ELWL SFPs on the same fiber!
- It cannot be mixed with D:XBR-000478 on the same fiber, hence D:XBR-000479 must be on both ends of the fiber
- It does support 32G and 16G only (This differs from many other SFPs, which do support 3 speeds in many cases)
- It is supported in Gen 7 and the v2 of the G630 (Type 184) and G620 (Type 183).
- It is the only supported 32G 25km ELWL SFP in the D:BR-X764-2164 (Gen 7 FC64-64 blade).
- It is NOT supported in G610, G620v1/G630v1, FC32-48, 7840, 7810 or 7850 (Use 64G 32Km ELWL in the 7850 please)
- Requires 10Km minimum distance and cannot be mixed with 10Km LWL SFPs
- Requires FOS v9.1.1 or higher!
